Selling Terms
This page describes the terms and conditions related to the sellers of Ajoofy.com which shall be considered a part of the terms and conditions of this site. By agreeing with the terms and conditions described on this page, you will give your consent of agreeing the terms and conditions of this site.
(1) Rights of Selling Items
You will only sell items which have been created by yourself or your assigned persons/team. In addition to this you can also sell items which you have the proper rights to resell.
In case of resale items, you must provide all necessary documents/proofs related to reselling rights for selling those items. We may ask you at any time for providing documents related to any particular reselling product. These documents have to prove your resell rights to sell that particular product. Failure to provide such documents for any product may result in removing that product from the Ajoofy marketplace.
(2) Acceptable Products for Selling
Products made in the following categories can be sold on Ajoofy. We may include any new categories or remove any categories already listed. In that case, you will be notified about that change beforehand:
Physical Products
At present only Bangladeshi physical products are allowed for selling in Ajoofy. Physical Items of following types can be sold in Ajoofy.com
- Handmade items
- Unique items
- GI (Geographical Indication) Products of Bangladesh
- Well known and popular local products from 64 districts of Bangladesh
Digital Products
Digital products made in the following categories can be sold on Ajoofy.
Content: Only Non-fiction Ebooks (Stories, Novels, Poems and writings like these are NOT allowed at present)
File format: .pdf
Content: This type includes:
- Gift vouchers for both Online and Offline shops
- E-tickets for Online and Offline Events
File format: Vouchers will be auto generated in .pdf file format during purchases and Customers will be able to download this file and print as per requirement.
Content: These Includes:
- Coloring Book for Children
- Journals
- Trackers etc.
File format: .pdf
Content: Documents that give instructions/guidelines/manuals on how to perform some specific tasks. As for example
- How to build a website in 6 hours
- How to choose the correct career path for yourself
- How to learn German Language in 30 Days etc
File format: .pdf
Content:
Specialized/Premium Quality Report/Case Studies related to any sector for study & business purposes (i.e Business Case Study for A Particular Successful Company or An Entrepreneur)
File format: .pdf
Content:
Recipe guide/Premium recipes in any type of food. The content can be in pdf or in mp4 video format)
File format: .pdf and Vidoe files (.mp4) format
Content:
- Checklists for various purposes (i.e: Wedding planning checklist, Travel Item checklist, Meal plannners

Content:
These are solutions for various difficult problems/chapters for any class (class i-x, Hons, Masters, Engineering, Medical etc) in any subject

These are graphic templates which can be used to save time and energy
File format: Graphic design files format related to different software.
Content:
These are Microsoft power point presentation templates which can be used as editable presentation files to save time and energy
File format: .ppt and .pptx files

File format: .doc and .docx files
Content:
These are Microsoft word file templates which can be used as editable files to save time and energy

These are video courses bundled in a downloadable file format. (As for example: A video course that contains 20 lessons can be bundled in a single package file. These package file will contain all the video lessons. Each of the lessons will be recorded as a separate video mp4 file.
A single lesson can be also be recorded as multiple video files as per requirement.

Content:
These are products related to self-developement or self-help. This product can be an ebook, audio, video or combination of them.
File format: .pdf .mp4 .zip .rar and .mp3
(3) Unacceptable Products for Selling
Under any circumstances, you will not publish any products of the following type. If any product is found to be of any type listed in this section then it will be unpublished from Ajoofy marketplace:
- Any product which you do not own or do not have the resell rights to sell to public
- Any self-help or motivational videos downloaded from Youtube, Dailymotion, Vimeo or any other video sharing websites/platforms
- Any copyrighted images or documents or any trademarked items
(4) Unacceptable Content in Products
Under any circumstances, you will not include any content of the following types in your products. If any product is found to have any type of content listed in this section then the product will be unpublished from Ajoofy marketplace:
- Any kind of discussion on political and religious issues
- Any false, fraudulent, malicious and misleading information or claims of any kind
- Anything insulting or offensive about our beloved prophet Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) and all other Prophets
- Anything insulting or offensive about all companions, tabein (তাবেঈন), tabe-Tabein (তাবে-তাবেঈন) and all other religious exponents/clerics
- Anything that may hurt any religious sentiments
- Anything that insults, abuses or defames any person or group of any religion, caste, tribe, language or culture
- Any information that may cause social unrest
- Any information about implementing any method of earning money which is illegal according to the religion, society and the state of Bangladesh
- Any graphics or content of any kind which are trademarked by any company/person/entity
- Any content which are obscene or sexually suggestive
(5) Payment
(5.1) At present, the payment for selling items will be paid to the bKash account of a seller. You agree that, you will provide us the correct bKash no. for receiving your payments. If you provide us wrong bKash number and your receivable money is sent to that number then you will not hold Ajoofy and any persons related to it for the loss of money.
(5.2) There is no upfront cost and any other operating costs involved to open and maintain a free seller account.
(5.3) For each completed purchase of your product, you will receive 85 percent (Ajoofy Lite Seller) or 95 percent (Ajoofy Premium Seller) of the selling price of that product.
(5.4) Minimum payment amount is 5000 (Five thousand) taka but for the 1st payment it will be only 1000 (One thousand).
(5.5) At the end of each calendar month, your account will be checked for eligibility of getting paid. If your account balance is greater than or equal to 5000 then you will be paid within 1-5 date of the running month. If your balance is less than 5000 then your balance will be rolled over until it is payable. For example, If at the beginning of February your account balance is 5000 then you will receive money within 1st – 5th of February but If at the beginning of February your account balance is less than 5000 then you will not receive money in February. If your balance becomes greater than or equal to 5000 at the beginning of March then you will receive money between 1st – 5th of March.
(6) Delivery of Physical Products to Customers
After getting an order from customer, you will deliver the physical products to customer by whatever method is suitable for the delivery.
(7) Changes, additions and deletions to policies
Ajoofy.com authorities may make changes, additions and deletions to these selling terms as necessary. In that case, changes to this selling terms and the effective date will be published on this page.
